We really enjoyed our short stay, as the beach is just a short walk away and the numerous local restaurants are only a few steps from the apartment, making everything really convenient for our strolls around the area.

It was spotless, tidy and with 2 beds.

The location was ideal, not far from the beach, the restaurants and just across the road from the bouncy castles/trampolines which pleased the kids. We stayed in Siesta Mar 1 which was the quieter of the two sites, and I would say the best. Then again, the three pools and water slides were in Siesta Mar 2 but this is just across the road. We had breakfast included in our holiday, and it was fantastic value. The food was plentiful no matter what time you arrived, and the staff were very friendly

The only negative thing I can think of was the noise from the road during the night

Spacious apartment, friendly staff, and a convenient location, with a great breakfast buffet selection including both full English and continental options. Easy beach access within walking distance.

Units with comfortable bed. More than really helpful stuff especially the young manager who wasnt understanding at all and came across pretty ignorant to our troubles. Stunning location near the bars at the back, in the very very nice area.

Bad smell in the room.

This was my second visit to siesta mar this month as I had visited with friends a week ago and this time went with my husband and our two boys. Great location close to beautiful beach and great pool with waterslides on site. Appartment clean and comfortable with everything to get you by. Bus stop just across the road which takes you straight to mahon where you can get to any of the island from easily and fairly cheaply. The castle restaurant and salamandra were the best places for a good quality meal despite the bad reviews for salamandra it was very good. Our two boys aged 11 and 13 loved every minute there and want to go back and we enjoyed it too. Great place for family and groups of friends alike. Would definitely return

The beds in this apartment were not comfortable and were quite hard although last time we stayed the beds were fantastic so guess it's pot luck. Cooker didn't seem to work or no instructions to get it working although we didn't need it on a short break. The english part of the buffet breakfast was poor quality, the sausages and bacon would have been better to have been english style as they sold richmond sausages and danish bacon in the shops but siesta mar used 'goat meat' tasting sausages and really fatty spanish bacon but the cereals, bread, pastry etc were good. Nothing too bad to discourage us from returning though just a few things that could be improved, we would definitely return

Excellent location, spacious grounds, beautiful views

I was disappointed with the key system!!! Only one perimeter gate key for two sets of guests is inadequate!!! The communal shower situation is not very comfortable and needs improvement!!!

The water slide and the pools are great, the apartment was very spacious, the food was very good either- good variety and quality.There is supermarket on the oposite site of the road and 2 more within 5 min walking. A bus stop to the capital and a few other destinations 50 meters from the hotel, the beach is very close and very beautiful and wonderful for small children because is without any jellyfish or other bugs just clear shallow quiet water and fish.The place is great for relax, but not for those who are looking for a night life or crowded resorts.It ws 20-25 euros to the airport, the bus ticket to the capital is less than 2 euros and 20 min by bus.

It wasn't clean enough for me on our arrival, but I did some clean and felt comfortable after.We didn't have a kettle in the apartment but after our request we received one a day later.There is no microwave in the apartment either.

Great appartments clean with everything you need, pool is excellent and also very clean. Location close to amazing beach and all the local amenities. A great place to stay for groups of friends and families alike, will definitely return and recommend

The food was a bit repetative and the cooked breakfast and fruit juices were poor quality although if you like breads and pastries these were good

The noisy pool area affected our stay while the apartment was nicely equipped.

Very close to beach. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by and courtesy bus to and from beach. Hotel very comfortable and clean and staff helpful and polite.

The location is excelent and the rooms have all the necessary if you don't want to do a ressort-like holiday. If you want to explore the small and very beautifull island of Minorca it is an affordable way to stay in the island. My overall opinion is that it is a good place, considering the price.

The appartments were not very clean. In 5 days, the housekeeping was made just once. The staff was nice, but they were very slow to our requests.

The beach was a lovely distance away, with shallow waters perfect for kids. The apartment was clean and tidy, complete with comfy mattresses. Limitations in kitchenware and the lack of late check-out were drawbacks. Staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout the stay.

Pool area quite good. No shade or parasols available. Good size apartment but in need of a thorough clean.

No one expect the same quality of attention from staff at an apartment as you would from a hotel - but the reception staff at Siesta Mar are surly almost to the point of being rude. No help at all. Towels & bedding only changed once during 10 day stay.

Great family holiday resort,basic but catered for all our needs ,pools fab kept kids well entertained,local to good food and easy to travel to near by resorts. Breakfast was great and included in booking cost better than most all inclusive resorts that have stayed in.

Only down side was the noisy road that our appartment backed onto.
